Our stay at this hostel in Takayama was exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire facility was spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast, which was quite satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We ended up extending our reservation because we enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Takayama.

takayama exceeded my expectations with its convenient location and welcoming staff. the winter illumination tour at shirakawago was a highlight, and the hostel provided great recommendations for food and coffee. i would love to visit again!

The futons in the Japanese-style room were quite hard compared to others we've tried. Some rooms were noisy, facing a busy street.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the Shirakawa tour and even offering a discount. The included breakfast was a nice bonus for budget travelers like us. we had a pleasant stay at this cozy hostel.

takayama never fails to impress. this time, the hostel's unbeatable location next to the bus and train stations saved me during my late-night arrival. it had everything i needed, including clean facilities and friendly staff. a nearby Familymart was the cherry on top.
